Northern Industries Group

Seven engineering
businesses.
One owner.

Northern Industries buys UK steel fabrication and precision engineering businesses in sensitive industries, and keeps them working. Each one keeps its name, its plant and its managing director. The group is where capital, governance and growth sit.

One plate,
seven parts.

The group is one piece of material. Each business is cut from it and keeps working under its own name — and the plate keeps the year it was taken. Take one to see where it came from.

Buy well. Leave it working.

Each unit keeps its name, its plant and its managing director. The corporate team works one level up — capital, acquisitions, and the synergies between seven businesses.
